How long does delivery take? UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days. International orders generally take 7–14 working days.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping costs more than UK shipping and is calculated at checkout. Customs or import duties may also apply depending on your country.
How will I know my order has shipped? You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your returns policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return? Head to our Contact page and message us with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.
Can I exchange for a different size? Yes — get in touch and we'll do our best to sort an exchange. Check our Size Guide before ordering to get the right fit first time.

Are your clothes unisex? Yes, all Powered By hoodies and tees are unisex. Check our Size Guide for measurements.
How do I care for my garment? Wash inside out at 30°C, do not tumble dry, and avoid ironing directly on the print.
When will sold-out items be restocked? Follow us on Instagram and TikTok for restock announcements.
